Kyrgyzstan COVID-19 stats: 79,249 recoveries, 1,390 deaths

Bishkek, Jan. 19, 2021 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s total number of recoveries from COVID-19 coronavirus infection has reached 79,249 on Tuesday.

According to the latest report from the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, another 145 people have cured of the disease on the past day.

The country’s tally of infections has amounted to 83,268 since the first case was detected on March 18, 2020.

The death toll from coronavirus has climbed to 1,390 after three more fatalities were recorded throughout the republic: two people died in Bishkek and one – in Osh Oblast.

Currently, treatment in hospitals is provided to 742 patients, and 958 are receiving treatment at home.

The country conducted 2,402 PCR analysis in the past day.
