Kyrgyzstan: Death toll from coronavirus rises by 4 in past 24 hrs

Bishkek, Dec. 29, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s death toll from COVID-19 rose to 1,353 on Tuesday after 4 more patients died from the disease caused by the virus in the past day.

Thus, 3 fatalities were recorded in the Bishkek city, and one – in Issyk-Kul Oblast of the country, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said.

The country’s tally of infections has reached 80,654 after 119 fresh cases were identified over the past 24 hours.

Number of recoveries has climbed to 75,334 as 277 more patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of coronavirus infection have cured.

1,200 people are currently hospitalized across the country and 1,862 patients are receiving treatment at home.
