Bishkek, Oct. 18, 2022. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan has developed a quick procedure for registering legal entities and non-profit organizations, Deputy Minister of Justice Orozbek Sydykov told during a press conference at Kabar Agency.
He said that the procedure takes from 3 to 6 hours or one day.
“This is the fastest procedure among the CIS countries. In September, more than 500 legal entities passed it in Kyrgyzstan,” Sydykov added.
The deputy minister also noted that 104 articles on the registration of legal entities are in force in Kyrgyzstan, half of them will be canceled following the example of other countries.
Sydykov noted that today over 158,000 legal entities are registered in the republic. The Ministry of Justice plans to conduct an inventory of them in order to identify which ones have ceased to operate. Along with this, the ministry is transferring over 50% of the legal services provided to the electronic format.
