Bishkek, Feb. 17, 2022 . / Kabar /. The foundation for the development of healthcare digitalization was laid in Kyrgyzstan in 2021, Deputy Minister of Health of the country Bakyt Dzhangaziev said during a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He noted that an information system “Digital Health Profile" was developed, which will collect all health data on each citizen.
"The system will contain information about insurance, reasons for visiting the doctor, reasons for hospitalization, laboratory tests, and information about vaccinations. With the help of this system the process of obtaining medical certificates will be automated. 90,000 such certificates were already issued last year. This system will save KGS 30 million because these certificates will be absolutely free,” the deputy minister said.
Dzhangaziev noted that the system is integrated with Tunduk system.
He said an automated health resource management system has also been created that includes data on buildings, wards, beds and human resources.
"This system will help manage health resources more effectively and assess the situation in different organizations," the official added.
In conclusion, the representative of the Health Ministry noted that the development of a system to assess risks in the field of infectious diseases was also commissioned.
