Kyrgyzstan evacuates its nationals from Mongolia

Bishkek, Sept. 1, 2020. /Kabar/. Five citizens of Kyrgyzstan have been returned to the homeland from Mongolia on Aug. 30.

According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry, Kyrgyzstanis arrived on the charter flight of MIAT Mongolian Airlines on the Ulaanbaatar-Nur-Sultan-Bishkek route.

This flight was organized by the Mongolian side to take Mongolian citizens out of Kyrgyzstan.

The work carried out in pursuance of the tasks, set by President Sooronbay Jeenbekov and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the return of Kyrgyz citizens from foreign countries in conditions of closed borders and temporary suspension of international passenger air traffic due to the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection in the world, continues.
