Bishkek, Apr. 8, 2019. /Kabar/. The Fund for the Preparation of Sustainable Development Projects was established under the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan with a capital of $ 400 thousand in order to create new tools for the preparation of business projects and assist entrepreneurs in obtaining funding, with the technical support of UNDP.
The press service of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that a list of priority business and investment projects on financing by the Fund is currently formed.
The Fund will identify potential business projects and provide a range of services to assist in preparing high-quality business and investment projects to receive funding from the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and other international financial institutions.
In December 2018, a preliminary discussion of the received applications was held, 7 business projects from Osh, Issyk-Kul, Naryn and Chui oblasts were selected on such sectors as agriculture and processing, fish farming, development of small hydropower plants, and approved for the development of a feasibility study.
In addition, online registration of legal entities is launched in a test mode on the website: www.minjust.gov.kg in order to simplify and automate the procedures for registering law firms, from November 15 to December 31, 2018.
In the period from March 1, 2019 to January 1, 2020, a pilot project on state registration of legal entities in electronic form is held in the territory of the city of Bishkek and Chui oblast.
In parallel, an online platform for interaction with the business has been launched.
In order to promptly interact with the business on problematic issues and solve the problems of entrepreneurs, an online platform, chat and a corresponding mobile application have been launched on the site www.mineconom.gov.kg.
