Bishkek, Jan. 10, 2021. /Kabar/. Today, Jan. 10, Kyrgyzstan is holding an early presidential election and a referendum to determine the form of government in the country. Kabar Agency turned to an international observer representing the National Youth Council of Russia to find out about the voting process in the country.
Thus, according to Alexei Dosson, Kyrgyzstan has one of the best voting systems. He was happy to emphasize that the counting is automatic, and in his opinion it is a reflection of advanced technological solutions of the republic in the matter of transparency of the electoral process.
"It is important to note that Kyrgyzstan has strict legislation giving all candidates equal conditions for campaigning. It can be felt that people want stability," the international observer said.
Alexei Dosson added that in all seven polling stations in Issyk-Kul Oblast of the republic ,where he has been since the beginning of voting, people come with their families and vote for change.
