Bishkek, Dec.16, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s national hockey team failed in the second round of the Winter Olympic Games qualification.
The tournament ended yesterday, Dec. 15 in Brașov (Romania).
The national team played three matches. In the first meeting the Kyrgyz hockey players lost to Icelanders with the score 9:4, then lost to the home team, the Romanian team - 18:2.
The final game took place against the team from Israel. The opponents were stronger - 4:5.
At this point, Kyrgyzstan completes the fight for a ticket to the Olympics.
Note that the team won the first round in Luxembourg. Then the players defeated all opponents, winning all three plays.
