Bishkek, Sept. 21, 2020. /Kabar/. An international “Design Cup 2020” championship is taking place in Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the Bishkek Mayor’s Office reported Monday.
Since May, designers, students, illustrators, web-designers, design studios and advertising agencies have been working hard on creative tasks.
"Specialists of Bishkek Mayor’s Office, Bishkekglavarhitektura municipal enterprise together with organizers of the championship - Icon Development and founder of the Design Cup Aleksei Lysogorov have prepared technical task for the participants - to create a new tourist brand of Bishkek,” the report says.
The first works will be published within the next week.
This year more than 200 people from 12 countries took part in the virtual competition for creativity. Designers from 4 countries reached the semi-finals: Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and the Netherlands.
