Bishkek, Jan. 9, 2025. / Kabar /. In January-November 2024, Uzbekistan exported 2 million square meters of carpets to Kyrgyzstan, according to data of the Statistics Agency under the President of Uzbekistan.
The total area of the exported carpets during this period exceeded 7.3 million square meters, and the total amount exceeded USD 21.8 million.
Among the main buyers of Uzbek carpets in the reporting period were Azerbaijan (2.1 million square meters), Kyrgyzstan (2 million square meters), and Afghanistan (1.2 million square meters).
