Bishkek, Aug. 3, 2021 . / Kabar / . The State Antimonopoly Service of Kyrgyzstan has developed a draft law on the right of sudden inspection of markets for price formation, Director of the Antimonopoly Regulation Service under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the republic Keneshbai Tailakov told during a press conference at Kabar News Agency Tuesday.
He explained that such measure is necessary in sharp rise in prices.
"We cannot conduct a sudden check when prices are artificially overpriced and speculation is observed. Now we have to take permission from the Ministry of Economy and Finance," Tailakov added.
