Bishkek, Aug. 16, 2021 . / Kabar / . Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Ulukbek Maripov signed on Sunday a decree on the establishment of the Shumkar Transnational Corporation OJSC.
The company is expected to implement an investment project for the production of unmanned aerial vehicle systems.
The Shumkar Transnational Corporation will be established with 100% participation of the state in the authorized capital. The company founder is the State Property Management Fund.
The Fund is instructed to work out together with the Office of the Kyrgyz President the issue of placing the company on the terms of a gratuitous use agreement, with payment of utilities and operating costs.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance of Kyrgyzstan is instructed to allocate KGS 100,000 to the State Property Management Fund. The ministry must also include this initiative in next year's national budget.
Representatives of the Department of Economy and Finance of the Office of the Kyrgyz President are responsible for executing the instructions.
The corresponding decree was signed by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Ulukbek Maripov.
