Bishkek, July 1, 2021 . / Kabar / . A building of Issyk-Kul Oblast state administration hosted on Thursday a meeting on the activities of enterprises ready for the development of tin and tungsten deposits.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Department of Environmental Protection, the State Inspectorate for Environmental and Technical Safety, local authorities and heads of Sary-Dzhaz Mineral Mining LLC, Central Asia Tin Company, the press service of the oblast state administration reported.
An issues of support for tin-tungsten mining enterprises in Ak-Suu and Dzhety-Oguz regions of Issyk-Kul Oblast and ensuring transparency in the activities of these enterprises were discussed.
First Deputy Governor of Issyk-Kul Ulan Daliyev stressed the need to ensure the rule of law and environmental safety.
"Observance of legality and environmental safety is a priority. The activities of the mining company should be transparent. In addition, our raw materials must be processed on the territory of the oblast," the official added.
