Kyrgyz Ministry of Social Development introduces electronic queuing to reduce corruption risks

Bishkek, Nov. 28, 2019. / Kabar/. The Ministry of Social Development is successfully moving towards digitalization of its activities and simplifies access to public services, Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic Ulukbek Kochkorov told reporters at Kabar News Agency.

He said that the Ministry of Social Development fully interacts with the Tunduk system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.

“Next year we plan to introduce electronic queuing system in providing people with disabilities with indoor wheelchairs. The electronic queuing is being introduced in order to minimize corruption risks, to ensure transparency in the distribution of wheelchairs to people with disabilities,” said Kochkorov.

He also noted that it is planned to introduce an electronic queuing system in the provision of vouchers for sanatorium-resort treatment to people with disabilities. “This is done in order to exclude corruption risks when providing vouchers to sanatorium-resort institutions to individuals. The electronic queuing is designed for the maximum convenience of citizens and has the ability to track all stages of the queue’s movement for sanatorium-resort vouchers,” he said.
