Kyrgyzstan introduces temporary state regulation of coal prices

Bishkek, Oct. 12, 2021 . / Kabar / . Temporary state regulation of coal prices on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic has been introduced. The corresponding decision was signed by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic Ulukbek Maripov.

The press service of the Cabinet reported that decision was made in order to prevent the growth of coal prices, timely and stable supply of coal to the population during 2021/2022 autumn-winter period.

Temporary state regulation of coal prices on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is introduced for a period of 90 calendar days with the establishment of the maximum price.

The State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Kyrgyzstan has been instructed to take measures for state regulation and control.
