Kyrgyzstan launches construction of first highest hotel complex

Bishkek, Nov. 14, 2023. / Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov today laid a capsule for the construction of the first high-rise multifunctional hotel complex in the history of the country, Manas Tower 45, in Bishkek.

This is the first time that such a high-rise complex is being built; the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign investors are involved in its implementation. Construction is planned to be completed within 2.5 - 3 years.

The project assumes that the building complex consists of 45 floors, includes a five-star hotel, a business center, conference rooms, restaurants, a hypermarket, more than 20 thousand retail space and an underground parking lot for 600 cars.

The president emphasized that today there is a rapid pace of development of the construction industry in the country. State policy is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the successful work of investors in any field, for which various preferences and benefits are provided.

He added that in Kyrgyzstan, along with domestic tourism, foreign tourism is growing. The geography of cooperation in the field of business and entrepreneurship is also expanding. As a result, the number of guests from near and far abroad countries is increasing. In addition, many international events, summits and conferences are held. In such conditions, the growth in demand for recreation centers with a high and high-quality level of guest service is a natural phenomenon.

The head of state expressed confidence that this hotel complex will have a modern design, decorate the city and be comfortable for guests of the capital. The hotel will become one of the unique and recognizable buildings in the city. Sadyr Zhaparov is also confident that in the future complexes and centers will grow around this hotel that will serve residents and guests of the city at the world level.

Sadyr Zhaparov said that according to the project, a helicopter and panoramic platform will be located at the very top of the building, which gives residents and guests of the city the opportunity to admire the beauty of Bishkek from a height of more than 200 meters. The complex will also have retail outlets that will provide jobs for the population.

At the end of his speech, the President wished the capital of Kyrgyzstan prosperity, so that the city would have many buildings and structures that would impress foreign guests.
