Bishkek, Nov.13, 2024. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan announces the launch of a new online service to track the status of citizenship applications. Now applicants can check the status of their applications through the Telegram bot @aiscitizenshipbot, without visiting the Population Service Centers (PSC).
To use the service, it is enough to enter the number of the application (indicated in the certificate from the PSC) in the Telegram bot and instantly receive up-to-date information on the status of the application, the press service of the Digital Development Ministry said.
This service is designed to simplify the process of interaction between citizens and government agencies, reducing the burden on the PSCs and saving time for applicants. During the current year, about 14 thousand foreign citizens, including ethnic Kyrgyz, have applied for citizenship.
The launch of the new service is part of the initiative to digitalize public services and improve the quality of service.
