Bishkek, Oct. 24, 2020 /Kabar/. A meeting through video conference was held on Friday between Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to China and Mongolia Kanaiym Baktygulova and Honorary Consul of Kyrgyzstan in Mongolia Narmandakh, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry said Sunday.
During this meeting, Baktygulova told about the stabilization of the internal political situation in the Kyrgyz Republic, the appointment of Sadyr Zhaparov as Prime Minister of the republic and transition to him of powers of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
She emphasized that the transfer of power in the republic took place peacefully and in strict accordance with the current legislation of the country.
Ambassador Baktygulova also informed that the executive branch of power in the country is fully formed and has started to solve social and economic issues and fight against the spread of coronavirus.
In addition, the Kyrgyz Honorary Consul’s work on expanding bilateral cooperation between the two countries was discussed.
As a result of the meeting, the Consul was given the appropriate instructions.
