Bishkek, July 22, 2022. /Kabar/. No red zones will be opened for treatment of COVID-19 patients in Kyrgyzstan, Head of the Public Health Department of the Health Ministry Anara Mambetisaeva told Kabar News Agency.
She noted that patients with coronavirus infection will be treated at infectious disease departments of hospitals, which are sufficient in the country.
"The virus has entered our lives up close and personal, and we must learn to live with it and protect ourselves. The main thing is to get vaccinated every six months or a year. If we declare lockdowns all the time, it will be hard economically," Mambetisaeva added.
The specialist said that the current COVID-19 situation in the country is stable.
"The population needs to comply with health regulations and be sure to get vaccinated and get a booster dose," she noted.
