Bishkek, Nov. 11, 2024. / Kabar / . The pavilion of Kyrgyzstan was presented at the largest international tourism exhibitions World Travel Market (WTM), held on Nov. 5 in London, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
The country's participation at the WTM is aimed at attracting the attention of the world tourism industry to the unique cultural and natural wealth of the country, as well as strengthening cooperation with international travel companies and investors.
The pavilion of Kyrgyzstan presented the key areas of greatest interest to international tourists: ecotourism, cultural heritage, active recreation, gastronomic tourism and ethnic tours.
Visitors to the exhibition familiarized with unique tourism offers, receiving information about the famous lakes Issyk-Kul and Son-Kul, the majestic mountain ranges of the Tien Shan, ancient cultural monuments and traditions of hospitality of the Kyrgyz people.
The pavilion of Kyrgyzstan presented new tourist routes and events to develop cooperation with international partners.
It also showcases national companies offering a variety of tourism products, from mountain hiking and camping to excursions to cultural attractions.
