Bishkek, Feb. 10, 2020. / Kabar /. In Kyrgyzstan, it is planned to create a unified database of children to be adopted, Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic Ulukbek Kochkorov told in Bishkek during the presentation of certificates of foster family candidate training courses.
He said that the issue of child custody is one of the priority areas and in the very near future a unified database of children to be adopted will be created, which eliminates all corruption risks and ensure complete transparency in the work process.
“Each potential guardian will be provided with a personal code and will be able to freely use a single database without intermediaries, without leaving home,” he said.
In addition, Kochkorov added that in December last year the Ministry introduced a number of amendments to the regulation “On the procedure for transferring children for adoption to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign citizens”, according to which a number of many procedures will be simplified.
