Bishkek, Nov. 17, 2020 / Kabar /. Civil servants in Kyrgyzstan are planned to be cut by 10%, head of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic, head of the interdepartmental commission on the development of proposals for reforming the system of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic Bakyt Amanbaev told reporters.
He said that this would allow increasing salary. Another way Amanbaev called attracting talented young specialists to the civil service.
To do this, employees will need to pass performance assessment, he said.
