Kyrgyzstan plans to introduce chess into school curriculum

Bishkek, May 31. 2022. Kabar /. Now the issue of including chess in the country's school curriculum is being considered, President of the Chess Federation of Kyrgyzstan Milan Turpanov told at Kabar News Agency during the presentation of the book "Chess Alippesi".

He said that it turned out to be no easy task. “Recently, a meeting was held between Minister of Education and Science Almazbek Beishenaliev and Vice President of the Chess Federation. The head of the Ministry of Education and Science has his own vision for chess and plans to introduce chess into the curriculum. This book "Chess Allippesi" will be our tool in this and the foundation for the introduction of chess into the school curriculum," he said.
