Bishkek, May 3, 2024. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan plans to purchase an electronic system from Uzbekistan that will cover all stages of construction - from receiving primary documents to completion of construction and commissioning, Director of the State Agency for Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurdan Oruntaev told reporters.

According to him, Uzbekistan introduced this system two years earlier for $50 million. Today the system is successfully used and has shown itself to be good.

“The system allows us to do work without the intervention of the human factor and corrupt elements. It allows to fully control the progress of construction. We are currently negotiating with the Uzbek side to introduce the system in Kyrgyzstan. The preliminary cost of the project will be $2 million. It is worth noting that the system will be self-sustaining and in the near future brings income to the state budget,” he said.

The system is tentatively planned to be implemented in 2025.
