Bishkek, May 24, 2022. / Kabar /. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov instructed the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to prepare a translation into English of a number of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The press service of the Cabinet said that this initiative will increase the access of foreign investors to the necessary and important information about the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and have a positive impact on the investment attractiveness of the country.
According to the decision, the Code of Offenses, the Criminal and Tax Codes, the Laws “On Public-Private Partnership”, “On External Migration” and other regulatory legal acts in the field of investment will be translated into English.
After the translation of documents, the texts will be approved as an official translation recognized by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
