Bishkek, May 5, 2022 / Kabar /. From April 18 to April 24, at the invitation of the Karsiyak City Hall, the ASIA-NUR Folk Song and Dance Ensemble, led by leader Nurlan Namazbekov, represented Kyrgyzstan at the 30th anniversary festival of Izmir-Karsiyak, Turkey, the Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Dance ensembles from 8 countries took part in the festival.
The festival is dedicated to the Day of National Independence and Children. This is a Turkish public holiday dedicated to the independence of Turkey and the children of the world.
ASIA-NUR folk song and dance ensemble has already represented Kyrgyzstan at international competitions and festivals in India, Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and in many other countries and cities.
