Bishkek, Feb. 11, 2019. /Kabar/. Domestic travel company Nomadstan has presented the tourism potential, culture and life of the Kyrgyz Republic at the opening of one of the largest tourism exhibitions in Europe “Brussels Holiday Fair” for the first time, with the assistance of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan.
The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, the media, as well as the largest companies involved in the tourism industry, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
This year in the largest exhibition complex in Belgium Brussels Expo, there are about 350 exhibitors who offer visitors about 800 tourist destinations around the world.
According to the organizers of the tourist exhibition, in 2018 more than 106 thousand people attended the Brussels Holiday Fair. It is expected that in 2019 the event will be attended by a larger number of participants. The fair exhibition was held for three days from February 8 to 10, 2019.
At the same time, as part of the work being carried out to promote the tourist potential of Kyrgyzstan in the countries of accreditation, in January of this year, employees of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Brussels together with travel companies from Kyrgyzstan Travel Land and Kyrgyz Muras also participated in tourism fairs in Belgium and the Netherlands, including Amsterdam Fair for Special Journey 2019, Vacantiebeurs 2019 , as well as Special Journeys Breda 2019.
