Bishkek, Jan. 30 2022. / Kabar /. The Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan purchased 16 thousand tons of quality seeds from Russia, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the country Nurdin Alisherov told reporters at Kabar Agency.
He said that the process of delivering seeds to Kyrgyzstan is currently being discussed.
“I think the seeds will be ready for distribution in early February,” he said.
KGS 1.5 billion were allocated from the republican budget for the purchase of high-quality seeds.
At the same time, the deputy head announced that a large-scale project was developed for agricultural processors in the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, which provides for a large amount of funding and a preferential loan rate.
