The press service of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan reported that rapid tests were purchased for the funds from a special account to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the republic, opened in the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“Their advantage over traditional testing methods is the ease of use, cheapness and speed of obtaining results. These tests will allow within 20 minutes to determine the presence of coronavirus and to localize the spread of the virus in the republic,” the report said.
Specialists will begin the diagnosis of coronavirus using these rapid tests starting from tomorrow.
Rapid tests have shown positive experience in the diagnosis of a new coronavirus in the People's Republic of China, South Korea and other countries.
