Bishkek, Oct.8, 2019. /Kabar/. The Asian Cup in judo among juniors was held in Cholpon-Ata town, Issyk-Kul Oblast. Most of the awards were won by domestic athletes.
The competition with the participation of 6 countries was held on Oct.5-6, the website of the International Judo Federation said.
The Kyrgyz national team has 19 medals, including five gold, six silver and eight bronze.
Anarbek Ishenbayev (90kg), Aibek Abibekov (100 kg), Syimyk Zhaparov (over 100 kg), Myrzaiym Duishobekova (52 kg), Shahida Nurmukhamedova (over 78 kg) became the winners.
