Bishkek, Nov. 9, 2021 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Ratification of the Agreement on Financial Rules of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, signed on September 2, 2018 in Bishkek, and the Protocol on the scale of mandatory contributions of member states to the budget of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, signed on November 28, 2020 in Istanbul."
The purpose of this Law is to fulfill domestic procedures by ratifying the Agreement on Financial Rules of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, signed on September 2, 2018 in Bishkek, and the Protocol on the scale of mandatory contributions of member states to the budget of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, signed on November 28, 2020 in Istanbul.
In accordance with this Agreement, funding sources, the procedure for the formation, implementation and accountability of the budget of the above Foundation for the preservation, study and promotion of Turkic culture and heritage is identified by supporting and financing events, projects and programs, assistance in solving scientific and technical issues and providing funds for purposes of protection, preservation, restoration and promotion of Turkic culture and heritage.
