Kyrgyzstan records 142 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, April 3, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan recorded 142 coronavirus cases on Saturday, raising the cumulative count to 88,842.

The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said health workers had conducted 4,289 coronavirus tests within a day.

The headquarters also reported 98 recoveries from the virus over the previous day, taking the number of recoveries to 85,077.

Two COVID-19 patients died over the past day, pushing the death toll to 1,502.

There are currently 582 patients in hospital throughout the country and 729 patients receiving treatment at home.
