Bishkek, May 1, 2021. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported on Saturday 477 new COVID-19 cases, raising the national tally of infections to 95,752, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 reported.
A total of 270 recoveries were reported over the past day, taking the national count to 89,461 while 8 deaths were reported, pushing the tally up to 1,612.
Currently, 1,497 patients with COVID-19 are being treated in hospitals throughout the country, including 72 in intensive care units, while another 2,191 patients are receiving treatment at home, the headquarters said.
A total of 4,693 lab tests were conducted in the country over the past day.
