Bishkek, Jan. 26, 2021. /Kabar/. In the past day, one new coronavirus-associated fatality was recorded in Kyrgyzstan, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said.
According to the HQ, the death was registered in the capital city of Bishkek, taking the total count of fatalities to 1,402.
The total number of confirmed cases in Kyrgyzstan rose to 84,068 after 97 new cases of COVID-19 were reported on Tuesday.
157 more recoveries were registered over the past day, bringing the total number of recoveries to 80,182.
643 people are in hospitals with 27 intensive care units. In addition, another 907 patients are receiving treatment at home.
The health authorities conducted 1,432 tests within a day.
