Kyrgyzstan records one new COVID-linked fatality, taking death toll to 1,360

Bishkek, Jan. 4, 2021. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s death toll from novel coronavirus has climbed to 1,360 on Monday, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said.

Thus, a total of 1,360 Kyrgyzstanis died from coronavirus since the start of the pandemic.

The country’s tally of infections has reached 81,388 as 83 fresh cases were revealed in the past day.

Number of recoveries from the disease has amounted to 76,728 after 165 patients have cured.

A total of 955 patients are being treated in hospitals, 53 of them in intensive care, while 1,424 patients are receiving treatment at home.
