Kyrgyzstan registers 99 new COVID – 19 cases

Bishkek, Sept. 3, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan registered on Thursday 99 new COVID-19 cases, raising the tally of infections to 44,135.

Deputy Minister of Health of the country Nurbolot Usenbaev told at a news briefing that 279 people have recovered over the past day and discharged from hospitals, taking the total number of recoveries to 39,174.

Currently, 613 COVID-19 patients are still in hospitals throughout the country and 4,796 patients are receiving treatment at home.

The COVID-19 fatality rate in Kyrgyzstan stands at 1,060, as no new deaths have been registered in the last 24 hours.
