Kyrgyzstan reports 25 new COVID-19 cases, raising total to 931

Bishkek, May 9, 2020 / Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan on Saturday reported 25 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of cases to 931, the Republican headquarters to combat COVID-19 reported.

Among the newly infected 5 are medical workers.

The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 231, 166 of them have been discharged from hospitals with recovery.

There are 261 hospitalized COVID-19 patients nationwide.

In addition, 908 people who have contact with infected patients are still under medical observation.

In the last 24 hours, 8 patients recovered, raising the total number of recoveries to 658.

Kyrgyzstan reported 12 COVID-19 fatalities since the outbreak in the country.
