Bishkek, Apr. 12, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported 38 new cases of COVID-19, Deputy Minister of Health of the country Mademin Karataev told on Sunday.
12 of them are medical workers, he said.
Among the newly infected patients 25 are women, 13 men. They were identified in Bishkek - 5, Chui oblast - 3, Osh oblast - 3, Osh - 12, Issyk-Kul oblast - 2, Naryn oblast - 13.
Thus, a total of 377 confirmed cases have been registered in Kyrgyzstan.
Currently, the condition of 11 patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19 is serious. 6 patients are in intensive care.
Meanwhile, the health minister also said that 10 patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19 have recovered and were discharged from hospitals the past day.
In total, 54 patients have been cured and discharged in Kyrgyzstan. Five have passed away.
