Bishkek, Jan. 29, 2022. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported on Saturday 398 new COVID-19 cases raising the tally of infections to 197,835.
The Health Ministry said that the new cases were discovered out of 4,426 COVID-19 medical tests that were conducted in the country during the last 24 hours.
The new cases included 227 in the capital city Bishkek, 115 cases in Chui Oblast, and the rest of cases were detected in other regions of the country.
The ministry reported 615 more recoveries and 5 more deaths, bringing the total recoveries to 186,386 and the death toll to 2,872.
Currently, 1,086 patients are being treated in hospitals, 65 of them in intensive care, while 5,974 patients are receiving treatment at home.
