Kyrgyzstan reports 55 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, March 6, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported 55 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday , raising the total infections to 86,506 nationwide.

According to data of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, 60 more recoveries were registered over the past day, taking the count to 83,484.

The pandemic has so far claimed 1,471 lives in Kyrgyzstan since March 18, including one death over the past day.

Currently, 344 coronavirus patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country, with 17 of them in critical condition. Another 267 patients are receiving treatment at home.

3,188 tests for the virus have been carried out in the country over the past day.
