Kyrgyzstan reports 94 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Oct. 16, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan on Saturday reported 94 new COVID-19 infections, raising the total number of confirmed cases to 179,775.

According to data of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, 77 more recoveries were registered over the past day, taking the count to 174,578.

The pandemic has so far claimed 2,632 lives in Kyrgyzstan, up by 3 in the past 24 hours, said the headquarters.

Currently, 503 coronavirus patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country, while another 559 patients are treated at home.
