Kyrgyzstan reports almost 300 more recoveries from COVID-19, 3 new deaths

Bishkek, Aug. 13, 2020. /Kabar/. Over the past 24 hours, 291 patients throughout Kyrgyzstan have cured from COVID-19 coronavirus infection, including community – acquired pneumonia, Deputy Health Minister of the republic Mademin Karatayev told during a daily news briefing.

Thus, Kyrgyzstan’s total number of recoveries from novel coronavirus has reached 33, 318.

The representative of the Health Ministry also reported 3 new virus-associated deaths, raising the country’s death toll to 1,487.

“The country has seen a decline in mortality from COVID-19 and newly detected cases," Karatayev added.

Kyrgyzstan added 310 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, bringing the total infections in the country to 41,069.
