Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2020. /Kabar/. As of Sept. 12, total number of recoveries from COVID-19 coronavirus infection has climbed to 40 thousand 779 in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the press service of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, another 148 people have cured over the past 24 hours.
Kyrgyzstan’s number of COVID-19 cases has reached 44,828 with 67 new infections reported on Saturday.
Meanwhile, 517 patients are still in hospitals, while 2,054 people are receiving treatment at home.
The death toll in the country stands at 1,063, no death was reported from the virus in the previous 24 hours.
According to data of the HQ, the current recovery rate of COVID-19 in the country is 90,9 percent and the fatality rate is 2,3 percent.
