Bishkek, Aug. 19, 2021 . / Kabar / . 13 agreements and memorandums were signed on Thursday as part of the 3rd Kyrgyz-Russian Business Forum.
The documents signed provide for expansion of cooperation between the business communities of the two countries.
According to Chairman of the Board of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund Artem Novikov, agreements were signed with Russian Export Center JSC, Eurasian Development Bank, Roseximbank JSC, Union of Banks and Textile-Trans LLC.
Under the agreements reached, it is planned to reduce the interest rate, expand the purpose of funds, introduce financing in Russian rubles, increase the term of crediting under the Fund by $50 million revolving credit line.
In addition, the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund also signed an agreement on strategic partnership and interaction with the Russian Export Center joint-stock company. The document provides for the transfer of certain functions of the export center to RKDF on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
As part of the agreement with the textile factory, the Fund intends to buy part of the bonds of the new issue of Textile-Trans LLC.
A number of agreements and memorandums were signed between the participants of the Business Forum, namely:
- A trilateral agreement between the Ministry of Investment of Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyz Post Express LLC and Russian Post JSC on the organization of a joint venture to carry out international freight transportation, opening of customs and bonded warehouses, development of e-commerce, etc.
- A Memorandum between the Ministry of Investment of Kyrgyzstan and Promomed DM LLC on the establishment of a joint venture for the production of medicines, the right holder of which is Promomed DM LLC.
- A Memorandum between the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange CJSC and the Kyrgyz Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on the establishment of partnership relations.
- A Memorandum between Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS and the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange on exchange of information on the prospects of development of exchange markets, improvement of trading systems, systems of interaction with clearing, depository and settlement structures, development of financial technologies and mutual admission to trading floors.
- An Agreement on technological and marketing cooperation between the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange and the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange JSC.
- A Cooperation Agreement between the Association of Bashkortostan Resorts and the Association of Resorts Kyrgyzstan.
- An Agreement between LLC "Nuragrorybprom" (Kyrgyzstan) and LLC "A2" (Russia) on fish and fish products supply to the Russian Federation for the amount of $4 500 000 a year.
- A Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between Ayil Bank OJSC and KORTES LLC in the field of leasing.
- An Agreement on Cooperation between Intertex Group LLC and Optima LLC on garments supply.
