Bishkek, Oct. 11, 2021 . / Kabar / . Head of the Public Health Department of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Kyrgyzstan Ainura Akmatova told a briefing that a 18% decrease in the incidence of COVID-19 is observed in Kyrgyzstan over the past 14 days.
The specialist added that morbidity ranging from 64 to 100 cases is recorded per day.
Akmatova said that today only Bishkek is in the yellow zone and all other regions are in the green zone.
“However, despite the decline in the incidence of the disease, population should to observe the mask regime, hand hygiene in public places and distance in public places," she said.
Distribution of regions by zones is associated with two indicators - the rate of R-reproduction, or the transmission of the disease from person to person infected. The second indicator is the incidence of the disease per 100 thousand people over the past seven days.
