Bishkek, July 30, 2022 . / Kabar / . The number of accidents has decreased in Kyrgyzstan since the beginning of the year, First Deputy Interior Minister Adylbek Biybosunov said during a board meeting on the results of operational service activities of internal affairs bodies for 6 months of 2022.
"The number of road accidents has decreased, however, some related indicators are high. This year, 3 thousand 34 accidents were recorded in the republic, in 2021 - 3 thousand 406 accidents, the reduction was 372 facts or 10.9%," Biybosunov said.
He also noted that measures to prevent accidents are not carried out enough. Thus, in order to reduce their level, it is necessary to strengthen work in this direction.
