Kyrgyzstan sends 80 more rescuers to Turkiye

Bishkek, Feb. 13, 2023. /Kabar/. 80 rescuers, humanitarian aid, 78 yurts, 3 doctors and workers who will install yurts were sent from Kyrgyzstan to Turkiye on a special plane on Sunday, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic said.

Currently, a special aircraft has landed in Gaziantep. Rescuers, doctors and humanitarian aid are sent to the epicenter of the earthquake - the city of Kahramanmarash, the Ministry of Emergency Situations noted.

The special board was met by Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkiye Ruslan Kazakbaev.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the 3rd group of rescuers will go to the affected country by an additional plane in the coming days.

Earlier Kyrgyzstan sent 67 rescuers and two dog handlers to Turkiye.
