BISHKEK, Aug. 9, 2017 /Kabar/. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan demonstrated the procedure for obtaining electronic visas and described in which cases it is issued.
Business or tourist electronic visa can be obtained by all foreign citizens and stateless persons.
"An electronic visa is considered within three days. The foreigner who wants to get a visa does not attend the embassy or consulate or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and can apply at any time convenient for him," Bakyt Kydyrov, deputy director of the consular service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
The procedure for submitting an application takes 3 minutes.
The electronic visas are issued only two categories: tourist and business. To obtain a business visa, the procedure remains the same.
The electronic visa system allows citizens of all foreign states to obtain entry and exit tourist or business visas of the Kyrgyz Republic for up to 90 days via the Internet, without the need to visit diplomatic missions.
