Kyrgyzstan swimmers set new records at competitions in Germany

Bishkek, March 7 / Kabar /. Athletes Elizaveta Rogozhnikova and Vladislav Shuliko set new records of Kyrgyzstan at the International Swim Meeting in Berlin, the press service of the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The International Swim Meeting was held from 3 to 5 March in the city of Berlin (Germany). Swimmers from 25 countries took part in the competition: Romania, Austria, Norway, Greece, Latvia, Great Britain, Sweden, Slovakia, Brazil, Germany, the Netherlands, Malta, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Albania, Belarus, Russia, Hungary, Finland, Ireland, Poland, Serbia and Kyrgyzstan.

"Elizaveta Rogozhnikova set new records of Kyrgyzstan at 50 meters butterfly, 400 and 200 meters of complex swimming. She fulfilled the standard of the master of sports for 100 meters of freestyle. Vladislav Shuliko set Kyrgyzstan's record for 50 meters butterfly for 25.37 seconds, " the report said.
