Bishkek, July 2, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov replied what measures the Headquarters have taken to combat COVID-19 in case of worsening the epidemiological situation.
During the press conference, the head of government noted that the Headquarters was preparing for forecasts of a worsening situation. In particular, he said that beds had been prepared in advance at the former Gansi military base. Today, 600 places have been prepared there, of which 224 are filled.
University dormitories are also provided for the deployment of beds, if necessary.
Speaking about ventilation devices and oxygen concentrators, he said that it is expected to arrive from abroad.
The prime minister noted that in Bishkek now there are enough ventilators, but there is a shortage of 220 units in the regions.
The acquisition of mechanical ventilation and oxygen concentrators is planned from China, Russia and Turkey.
